Nutri Diet
The Glycemic Index rules the nutri diet plan. The carbohydrates that we consume during a diet are generally low glycemic. A conventional day on this diet would ideally include 3 meals and 2 snacks.
This dietary system revolves around the idea that the person should consume accurate amounts of food, in sync with the calories that he or she needs. The meal plan is of the duration of 28 days. Individual meal plans can be created and various substitutions are allowed. This is popular among the health conscious because it allows for full food to be given to the people instead of the starving diets normally prescribed. It gives all the food required but in smaller portions so as to satisfy the cravings as well as help in healthy weight loss.
Some of the samples are given, as you will see it allows almost all food types, just remember that the portion sizes have to be decreased so as to make sure that there are no extra calories consumed.
