The 5 Factor Diet is a game of keeping five as a constant number in whatever you do or eat .

  • 5 Meals per day
  • 5 days a week of exercise made up of 5 phases each 5 minutes long.
  • Each meal has 5 criteria

The idea though at first comes off as a show is in actuality consists of a very simple logic.

Guidelines

The trick is to eat frequent meals, but small portions in eat meal, so that the satiety levels are standardized, but the amount you consume is lessened. The meals should have foods consisting of, a lean protein, adequate fiber, “good fats”, low –GI carbohydrate and a sugar free beverage.
