No matter how much a diet promises everyone should know that losing weight isn't that easy. Obviously you need to choose a diet that is healthy, nutritious and doesn't require you to starve or deprive yourself. Exercises should be done regularly, at least every two days.

So why is losing weight so difficult for so many people? Well, part of the answer is getting the right type of program or diet to get on however there are several other ingredients that makes the losing weight recipe complete. Everyone should know that their weight is a result and not a cause. A result of your lifestyle, the way you eat and how you eat. As a conclusion you're overweight for the simplest of reasons;  The food that your normally eat and your lifestyle.

I have listed below a few of the things that weight loss diets don't tell you that will help you lose weight a lot easier in a healthy way.

#1 Sleep

The lack of sleep usually leads to stress and we all know that stress makes people gain weight or lose weight depending on your metabolism. Most people that are over 30 will gain weight as a result to stress. Recent studies have shown that people who sleep less than eight hours per night weight more than those that sleep 8 to 10 hours and the only reason for that is because they have a healthier metabolism than burns fat a lot faster and not only that but they're a lot less stressed.

Most people have regular jobs and you might be in the same case. You can get eight hours of sleep if you have a 9 - 5 job. The best time to go to sleep is 11 o'clock and the best time to wake up is 7 o'clock in the morning. Try and keep up with this program and you'll soon have more energy and you will allow your metabolism to work at its normal rate thus burn fat a lot faster.

#2 Stress

There is no doubt that stress is part of our modern life and we just can't avoid it completely. No matter where you live, if you're a business owner or a regular employee, stress is surely part of your life. The sad part is that not many try to eliminate the stress and live a calmer and healthier life. One way to solve this issue is to deal with the cause of the stress. You can do it by finding the root cause. It might be your job that is causing you stress, your boss or your work mates. In this case you can try finding another job and completely change your lifestyle and reduce stress. There are several self-help books that can teach you how to reduce or even eliminate stress out of your life that you can easily find online or at your local bookstores.

#3 Exercise

Exercising is vital especially for people with sedentary jobs. It will not only help you lose weight, but will keep you fit and a lot healthier. Many people don't have the will to start exercising more often or they might not have the time. The thing is that exercising doesn't require hours; at least 20 minutes of exercising daily will improve your health tenfold. You'll need to find 20 - 30 minutes everyday to exercise. Remember that you don't have to do jogging, thus a simple 30 minute walk every evening will do for a start. You will soon start feeling a lot more relaxed, healthier, have a better sleep and not only but lose weight a lot easier.
