Sumo no more: fight the flab weight loss tips
Firstly you need to stop worrying about weight or what your eating just do what i say and i guarantee you'll lose that fat. Don't worry about the science behind why your fat, your fat because your eating more than you burn off, simple. Now that's sorted lets get to the habits you need to create so people can look at you and identify you as a homo sapien.
Habit 1: Eat at every meal not between them.
How many times do you eat your meal then an hour later you go to the fridge and start snacking on things you can fit in your hand. From now on only eat at meals and only eat sitting down. If you have 5 meals a day make them small so you still feel hungry. If you have 3 meals a day make them medium size so you could definitely eat more. The key here is even though your used to eating more you'll find out about half an hour to an hour after you have finished your undersized meal that your not hungry. Keep that in mind after every single meal. Remember this - THE STOMACH IS ABOUT THE SIZE OF YOUR FIST. So put your food on a plate and eat whats there and be faithful that you wont die of starvation.
Habit 2: Exercise
Since your a sumo with more fat than a hippo I'm only suggesting one form of exercise. Walking From now on your gonna walk to change the TV (if you have a TV that only works by remote your going to place the remote across the room). When you go to work, your going to park your car right at the back of the car park. Not only are you going to walk more doing daily activities, your going to go for an hour walk every day. It doesn't matter how fast, as long as you don't stop during the hour and you feel the burn. Your going to do this every day until your not a sumo.
Habit 3: Good Daily Choices
A lot of you sumo wrestlers are wondering what to eat and when. Im going to make life easy. You mite not know the best food to eat but you all know the bad food to eat. Since your fat you cant eat that cake or pastry, since your fat you cant have a snack on the side, since your fat you cant eat that fatty meat.
What I'm trying to say is get it in your mind that you cant do what others are doing. If your mate Joe is saying that he eats 3 chocolate bars a day and Joe is normal size, the fact is your a sumo. Until you are burning enough fat to eat 3 a day you cant because your metabolism isn't fast enough (i would never recommend eating 3 a day unless you want bad skin and bad teeth). Say to yourself once every hour your awake "what can i do to lose weight right now". That's when the ideas about the TV remote will come in handy, that's when your food selection will be correct. Get your mind right and start the flab fight.
